Wakame with Greens
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Yields: 4 people
Ingredients:

1/2 cup wakame, soaked and chopped
-
1 bunch leafy green vegetables (collards, kale or mustard greens)

1 tablespoon olive oil
-
Dash of sea salt
-
Juice of 1/2 lemon
-
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
Directions:

Wash, soak and chop wakame into small pieces.
-
Wash and chop greens into bite-size pieces.
-
Cook wakame in a small amount of water until it becomes tender, about 5 minutes.

In a skillet, heat oil, add greens and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until leaves wilt.

Add a dash of salt to sauté.
-
Add soaked wakame and lemon juice to pan.
-
Sauté together, 3-5 more minutes.
-
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
